Hello! My name is Jen, and I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am currently in the process of becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC.

I offer individual counselling for adults aged 19+ who are seeking support with emotional struggles or personal growth. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationships, or internal challenges, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood and witnessed.

My approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body in the healing process. I believe that true healing involves addressing both emotional and physical well-being. My therapy practice is client-centred and rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, allowing us to work collaboratively at a pace and direction that feels right for you.

I draw on therapeutic approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, memories, feelings, body sensations, and nervous system responses, as well as your inner resources, strengths, and connections.
